Small Business Branding: Letterpress PDX

One part of small business branding is making your business stand out. When starting a small business, I knew business cards were critical. It took some time to commit because I was still sorting out my logo and did not know exactly what I wanted. After I finalized my logo, I was ready to design business cards. It was one thing to know what I wanted, but another to find how to get it until I found Letterpress PDX.

Jenn at Letterpress PDX was so helpful and designed my business cards. She also made me thank you cards that I use constantly. Letterpress is such a beautiful art form. I had the opportunity to photograph the space at Letterpress PDX, which feels magical to me. Small business branding is great for showing your business and what you do. Since I am a person who resisted technology as long as I could, I would rather have a pen and paper than an iPad. At Letterpress PDX, things are letterpressed by hand on an almost vintage machine. The process is fascinating and honors the tradition of handmade paper goods.

I am so glad I found this unique and wonderful small business. Jenn helped me with every step of the process, including design. She is very thorough, and her attention to detail is impeccable. The benefit of working with a small business instead of a large corporation is the benefit to the community and local people. I still order my business cards and thank you cards from Jenn at Letterpress PDX because the experience is always excellent.
